“We were in town for a family reunion and location was key for our selection. Originally we were going to be a party of 6; ultimately we were only a part of 4. The house could easily accommodate 10( 1bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds + 3 other bedrooms). Accessibility to the beach near 52nd street was our primary focus. Overall the house was perfect - the living area was the best of all! Large and wide open with large screen TV for watching the World Cup; kitchen was fully stocked with a variety of dishes and appliances - this was also a pleasant surprise as we did a lot of preparation of food to take over to the reunion. There as an issue with the hot water and that was taken care of immediately. Overall it was a very comfortable place to stay. Thomas was extremely responsive before and during our stay. Really appreciated that! Thanks for the hospitality.”
